Guest Ratings & Reviews
Upon arrival, we were surprised with a spacious Suite room, which was a great start. However, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired; it felt a bit outdated and could use some refurbishment. On a positive note, the daily cleaning service and fresh towels were a nice touch.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Istanbul, just steps away from major attractions like the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque. The rooms vary in quality, with some offering stunning views while others are dated and poorly lit. The service was a mix of helpfulness and some misleading information, but ultimately accommodating. Dining options could use some improvement, although some aspects were enjoyable. Overall, a convenient choice for exploring the historic district of Istanbul.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had an amazing sea view, but cleanliness was lacking. The staff was initially unhelpful, but eventually assisted me after some persistence. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, but the dining options were mediocre.
The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city attractions. The rooms face an internal courtyard and lack sound isolation, but are clean and situated in the heart of the city. The service staff, especially Kubilay, are exceptionally respectful and friendly. The location allows for a genuine experience of the city vibes and is close to major tourist attractions. While there are minor inconveniences like restricted car access, the proximity to metro stations enhances accessibility.
I was pleasantly surprised by the service at this hotel. The upgrade from a superior room to a suite by the lady at the reception was a nice touch, but unfortunately, the room was dusty, and the bathroom showed signs of mold, not matching the pictures I had seen. On the upside, the staff was respectful and friendly.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not up to standards, with a leaking basin and terrible shower stains, and the heating didn't work well, making my experience quite cold. However, the location was excellent, close to all major attractions in Istanbul. The service was lacking, with staff being rude and inattentive. The dining options were limited and not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
